We helped source a robust authoring tool for leading medical insurer

This client knew they wanted to produce their own ‘in house’ e Learning courses, but they wanted to be sure they purchased the right authoring tools to create them.  With experience of the e Learning instructional design process, knowledge of content standards and an understanding of interoperability issues that can arise we were uniquely placed to help guide and support them during the product selection process.  We attended a virtual meeting online with the licensing partner and the client and worked through the 5 stage consultancy process to understand their needs and short list suitable authoring product suppliers.   We explored product capabilities, technical specifications, system training and arranged face to face interviews and further online demonstrations before the right product was purchased.  We delivered a bespoke course to get the customer up and running with the product and know that it is now used regularly for rapid course development across the business.
